We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was breathtaking with majestic mountains on all sides and a beautiful little square that looked like it was straight out of a fairy tale. The facilities were spotless and the breakfast was beyond our expectations. The staff were friendly and accommodating, giving us suggestions for hikes and itineraries. We felt incredibly welcomed despite being the only English-speaking tourists at the time.
Nothing it was perfect.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel in a quiet location surrounded by stunning alpine scenery. The traditional and rustic decor of our room added a warm atmosphere to our stay. We enjoyed the delicious food served in the restaurant, especially the local cheese! The friendly staff provided us with great recommendations for exploring the nearby area.
The limited options for outdoor activities nearby was a slight downside as we were looking for more adventurous options during our stay. The lack of in-room amenities such as a tea or coffee machine and the limited toiletries provided also fell short of our expectations for a luxurious escape.

What a charming hotel! Spent a weekend here and loved it. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. One highlight was the delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh breads, cereals, and fruit. the location was perfect for quick access to hiking trails and local transportation. Lastly, loved the cozy and serene atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Although the room was comfortable and had great views, the bathroom felt a bit cramped and the shower was not as spacious as we would have liked. the lack of an elevator made carrying our luggage up the stairs a bit of a challenge.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel nestled deep in the Engadine valley. The location was simply breathtaking, surrounded by majestic mountains on all sides. The hotel is situated in a beautiful little square, offering stunning views from every angle. The staff here provided excellent service, anticipating my needs and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was well-appointed and had everything I needed, including a cozy sitting area and a terrace with garden furniture. The spa and wellness center was a haven of relaxation, with a sauna, massage rooms, and a spa lounge. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site restaurant, where I enjoyed delicious meals throughout my stay.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and highly recommend it to family and friends.

Nestled in a tiny village, this hotel offers old, world charm and breathtaking views of a fairy tale castle just steps away. Surrounded by majestic mountains on all sides and boasting a restaurant serving high, quality Swiss European cuisine, the hotel provides a peaceful ambiance and elegant Swiss chalet decor. Guests can enjoy modern bathrooms with rain shower heads, comfortable beds with wonderful sheets and duvets, and well, decorated, bright and airy rooms, and have access to a terrace and garden. the staff is warm, professional, and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.
The hotel could improve upon its in, room amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, and hair conditioner, which are lacking according to a review.
